MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FOR 2012!
CAG Membership period is from Jan 1 - Dec 31.

Online Renewal and Payment is now available for all CAG members.  You will need your password, your credit card number and your Membership ID.  Your Membership ID can be found on the mailing label of your journal or contact Valerie Shoffey at valerie.shoffey@cag-acg.ca.

To renew your membership, login to My Profile section. (Note: the profile section requires Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.)

IMPORTANT: Your address information in the payment section under Cardholder Information MUST correspond EXACTLY to your credit card statement or your payment will be declined. Changes here will not affect the address to which your CAG material is mailed.
