

Welcome to the PCAG
The Prairie Division of the Canadian Association of Geographers (PCAG) strives to support the objectives of The Canadian Association of Geographers (CAG) in the encouragement of geographical study, teaching, research and application of geographic knowledge in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, northern Ontario, and North Dakota. All members in good standing of the Canadian Association of Geographers residing in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, and the American state of North Dakota, or affiliated with Lakehead University are automatically registered as members of the Division. Membership may also be accorded to other members of the Canadian Association of Geographers upon request to the Secretary/Treasurer of the PCAG.

Prairie Perspectives - Call for papers!
Prairie Perspectives invites original manuscripts on any subject relating to geography of the prairies or other geographical scope authored by scholars located in the prairies. Prairie Perspectives is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal published by the PCAG. Please forward your intent to submit a manuscript for consideration to pcag@cag-acg.ca by December 1st, 2022. Completed manuscripts will be due by March 1st, 2023. Previous issues of Prairie Perspectives and a link to manuscript style guidelines can be found here.
